به گزارش ایرنا از سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران (ایمیدرو)، 'محمد مسعود سمیعی نژاد' افزود: این واحد تولید آهن اسفنجی یكی از دو واحد 1.5 میلیون تنی احیای مستقیم است كه در مجتمع فولاد مباركه اجرا شده است.

وی اظهارداشت: این در حالی است كه ظرفیت واحدهای احیای مستقیم راه اندازی شده تاكنون كمتر از یك میلیون تن بوده كه مجموع سرمایه گذاری این دو واحد، حدود سه هزارو 70 میلیارد ریال است.

مدیرعامل شركت فولاد مباركه به سرمایه گذاری سه هزار میلیارد تومانی این مجتمع برای اجرای طرح های توسعه ای و دستیابی آن به ظرفیت 11.9 میلیون تنی فولاد خام تا پایان سال 93 اشاره كردو گفت: این میزان سرمایه گذاری از محل سیستم های بانكی كشور و نیز سهامداران شركت فولاد تامین می شود.

وی ادامه داد: طبق برنامه پنجم توسعه، ظرفیت تولید فولاد خام در كشور 43 میلیون تن در نظر گرفته شده و سهم فولاد مباركه از این میزان 45 درصد است.

سمیعی نژاد تصریح كرد: هم اكنون برای دستیابی به این ظرفیت، سه طرح توسعه ای شامل توسعه زیر سقف مجتمع فولاد مباركه با بهینه سازی تجهیزات موجود، توسعه ناحیه فولادسازی و نورد پیوسته و طرح فولاد هرمزگان توسط فولاد مباركه در حال اجراست.

وی با بیان این كه مهندسان ایرانی، متخصصان شركت فولاد مباركه و مهندسان شركت های مشاور تحریم های غرب را به فرصت تبدیل كرده اند و با شیوه های مختلف از جمله طراحی و نیز مهندسی معكوس، ساخت قطعات در داخل كشور را عملیاتی كرده اند، افزود: تاكنون 17 هزار قطعه در فولاد مباركه بومی سازی شده است.

این مسئول اظهارداشت: ساخت كارخانه آهن اسفنجی به طور كامل بومی شده و بیش از 60 درصد قطعات بخش تولید فولاد و ریخته گری نیز بومی سازی شده است.

مدیرعامل شكرت فولاد مباركه گفت: علاوه بر این با تشكیل كنسرسیومی از شركت های داخلی، در تلاشیم از طریق مهندسی طراحی ساخت كارخانه، به بومی سازی 100 درصدی دست یابیم.

وی ادامه داد: گذشته از این به رغم تحریم های خارجی در سال اخیر، تولید مجتمع فولاد مباركه روز به روز افزایش یافته به طوری كه میزان تولید سال 90 این شركت نسبت به سال 89، 11 درصد و میزان تولید سال 89 نسبت به سال قبل از آن 16 درصد رشد داشته است.
